Italian Basketball Federation
The Italian Basketball Federation (FIP) (Italian: Federazione Italiana Pallacanestro) is the governing body of basketball in Italy. It is a member of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).
It organises national competitions in Italy and the Italian national basketball team, as well as the Italian Basketball League, which operates the country's two professional leagues, Lega Basket Serie A and Legadue.
